5. Bookings, payments - cancellations

• Payment is due at booking unless otherwise noted.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time may receive a refund (minus processing fees) or credit, as specified on the checkout page.
• No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours are ordinarily non-refundable.

6. Rescheduling - lateness

• You may request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• If you are late, the session may still end at the scheduled time and no extra time is guaranteed.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described at checkout and in confirmation emails. Where permitted, refunds exclude non-recoverable processing fees charged by payment providers.

8. Conduct - right to refuse service

We maintain an inclusive, respectful space. We may refuse or terminate service—without refund—if a client engages in harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or illegal activity.

9. Content, IP - license

All site content (text, graphics, logos, media) is our intellectual property or used with permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and share links to the content for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, re-publish, or create derivative works without written permission.
